Employment: Full Time Provide care for patients with sepsis, pneumonia, withdrawal from a substance such as alcohol or drugs, stroke, myocardial infarction, active gastrointestinal bleeding, or other complications. Medical ICU nursing procedures can include: Frequent hemodynamic monitoring, use of ventilators and hypothermia equipment common, use of medications and fluids for fluid resuscitation, hemodynamic instability, and infections are common.Duties and Responsibilities:Accepts accountability an assigned group of patients.Records patient reactions to nursing interventions and recommended therapeutic medications; noticed all adjustments in doctor arrange on assigned patients. Helps doctor in the examination of patients and in performing minor indicative procedures and treatment. Acquires and screens physiological information of patients, watches the physiological indications of patients and intercedes when fundamental. Regulates prescription as endorsed.Starts, manages and screens intravenous infusions and blood items. Conveys understanding consideration ably. Communicates with family and patient in sharing consideration plan while in the healing facility and at time of release. Educates patient and group of hospital procedures. Makes referral with respect to understanding consideration needs to appropriate personnel.Delegate assignments to help/support staff. REQUIREMENTS: Skills and Competencies:Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques and procedures. Ability to organize, plan, coordinate and evaluate nursing services and apply nursing techniques. Ability to maintain good working relationships with other employees. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors. Education and Qualifications and Experience:Registration or eligibility as a Registered Nurse under the Professional QualificationREQUIREMENTS set by DHA/HAAD/MOH/DHCR Holder of a Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing OR Associate degree in Nursing from Canada or USA with (Minimum two (2) years course duration)AND Successful completion of the National exam: USA: NCLEX RN OR Canada: LicensingExam or its equivalentMinimum two (2) years experience post qualificationWith 2 years experience in the ICU/CCU Unit
