Responsible for designing mechanical works for the renovation and new building projectsSupervising the works for University air conditioning, plumbing, and drainageSupervises the mechanical works to include but not limited to:-Designing, drafting and drawing-Cost estimating-Coordinating with and obtaining required approvals from local government agencies-Approval of material and shop drawings Submittals-Review invoices for mechanical works-Prepares required documents and technical information for public tendersSupervises renovation and building projects for plumbing, drainage and A/C including:-Reviewing the snag list at the end of projects-Reviewing primary and final statements for handing over the projects-Inspecting contracted work materials and liaison with local government agencies-Supervising contractors work-Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor REQUIREMENTS: Minimum QualificationBachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
