Marketing Specialist FMCG

Job Description

Our client, a German headquartered company, is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist from the FMCG-Sector (At least 5 to 7 years of working experience in UAE).Responsibilities:-Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.-Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.).-Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.-Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts. Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (Social Media, E-mail, TV, Radio, Magazines and Newspapers etc.)-Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.-Development and execution of marketing plans to build brand equity.-Identify key opportunities and develop action plans for brands in line with business objective.-Propose and manage marketing budgets to align with overall marketing strategy. Salary: USD 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Background:-He or she should have worked for a FMCG-Company (Henkel, P&G, Unilever, RB etc.) in the Marketing Department or in the Market Research Department for Personal & Home Care Products. Mainly in the laundry detergent sector.Alternatively:-He or she should have worked for a large FMCG marketing agency with a focus on home and personal care products (especially laundry detergent products) or for a multinational market research company in the United Arab Emirates.- Bachelors degree or Master`s degree in marketing or business administration.Marketing Specialist:-Marketing proven ability to manage all aspects of the brands and the products with minimal supervision.-Experiences with new product launches
