We are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to work for a Hospitality and Entertainment Industry in Abu Dhabi, UAE.Key Responsibilities:*Execute marketing strategies and marketing activation through strategic campaigns*Work alongside management to create a marketing budget*Oversea the marketing teams KPIs*Conduct market research and identify the target audience*Analyse results through we analytics, ROI, conversion and media*Work alongside other key stakeholders to implement marketing strategy*Work alongside the PR and creative teams to work on advertising and campaigns*Overlook the social media, press release and content being produced*Ensure the companys website is up to date and within companys guidelines REQUIREMENTS: Key REQUIREMENTS:*Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in marketing or equivalent field*Minimum 10 years of experience and 5 years within UAE in marketing*Excellent communications skills and creative mindset*Candidate must speak/read/write English fluently*Ability to motivate and manage a team*Ability to maintain external relations (agencies)
