Employment: Full Time Objectives: Al Mana Fashion Group are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Assistant to join our Sports Division to support the Marketing team across our GO Sport, Courir and NBA fascias.Main responsibilities:Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing departments activitiesAssist in building and executing the Retail Marketing Calendar for each fascia across Brand, Generic, Promotions, Sale, both in store and onlineSupport Marketing team in the delivery of generic / bespoke marketing campaigns and promotions in store and onlineWork closely with Brands in order to help formalize and activate the Retail Marketing Calendar for each fascia and launch consistently with impactWork closely with Retail Marketing Executive and e-Commerce Coordinator in the delivery and execution of Brand marketing campaigns in store and onlineTrack campaigns and activations in order to produce reports showcasing ROI to share with relevant internal and external stakeholdersWork closely with product merchandising teams to track the intake of product in order to effectively launch on timeAssist in the organizing of promotional events and activations as well as traditional or digital campaigns in addition to attending them to facilitate their successSupport e-Commerce coordinator on digital projects such as website management, SEO & online advertisingSupport in the distribution of social media content and scheduling to the relevant stakeholdersBudget management / trackingPermit application / tracking REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications:BSc Marketing or similarNature and length of previous experience:Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar roleSpecialist knowledge:Able to work to deadlines and multi-taskWell organized with a customer-oriented approachKnowledge and passion for SportStrong communication and people skillsTeam playerProficient in MS Office & Google Doc applications; in particular Excel & Powerpoint or equivalentDigital experience desirableProficiency in Arabic desirableCurrent Location:Dubai, UAE
