Employment: Full Time Aquila Consulting are working in partnership with one of the UAEs largest and most successful Digital Marketing Agencies.Due to opportunities within the region, they have an opening for a Managing Director to run the agency or a Client Services Director ready to progress to MD.Our client work with some of the most recognised brands in the region including blue chip organisations and the government sector.Responsibilities include:Implement operational strategies and developing Project plans for major Social Media campaigns in the regionWriting and developing RFPs and presenting to major clientsMonitoring and controlling the companys performance and finances in accordance with budgetsTo ensure that all staff are effectively employed and adequately trained to perform their responsibilities and operational tasks in an ethical and responsible mannerTo ensure that the project produced and delivered to clients are of high quality in accordance with the companys quality policiesLiaise directly with clients and further develop the business specialising in Social Media and marketing campaignsMonitor and control the companys Performance and Quality Management SystemEstablish pricing policies, estimate job costs and set contract prices REQUIREMENTS: A successful background in Agency Management or Client Servicing from a recognised Social Media Agency in the UAEExcellent understanding of social media marketing, creative proposals and audience engagementSolid understanding of the best and latest Social Media technologiesExceptional project direction and management skills, ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines, actions in a collaborative extremely fast-paced environmentExcellent client management experiences, confident in building relationships and pitching new ideas to senior stakeholdersExcellent problem-solving skills, able to come up with solutions and overcome obstaclesStrong collaboration and leadership skillsSelf-motivation, initiative and high energyHas high personal standards and promotes them in othersClear and confident decision makingExcellent presentation and articulation skillsTeam leadership, team synergy and motivationFlexible, versatile and copes well under pressureOpen, honest and direct is comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedbackPassionate about achieving business success and driving account improvement
