Because whenever you join, however long you stay, the exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.The opportunityThis opportunity is within our Finance Transformation team and provides advisory services focused on Finance Transformation, performance improvement, finance operating model design and implementation, business process engineering, robotic process automation and effective financial control, reporting and consolidation.Your key responsibilities- You will work in multi-disciplinary teams for some of the biggest, and most recognized corporate brands in the MENA region. You will help drive their business performance by helping them to design and implement shared services.- You will be expected to build relationships at senior levels within client organizations: working with them to understand their business problems and priorities, consulting with your EY peers to evaluate solution options that you will be expected to design and deliver, motivating and managing your team, often across borders and always from a diverse set of backgrounds. REQUIREMENTS: Skills and attributes for successPro- activity, accountability and results- driven people will flourish in this environment. Project management and technical hands-on experience in implementation and transition of varied engagements, dealing with competing priorities and contributing to our Business development priorities.To qualify for the role you must have- 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, out of which a minimum of 3 years must be within consulting focus on finance transformation and broader finance and operational excellence consulting.- Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant subject such as Finance, Accounting, Engineering and a professional certification like ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA or CMA; OR MBA or Masters in Finance.- Experience in driving and reporting of large transformation projects- The ability and willingness to travel within the Middle East and worldwide where the project requirement dictate.Ideally youll also have- Track record with a leading consulting firm- Proficiency in the Arabic languageWhat we look forWe are interested in entrepreneurs who have the confidence to develop and promote a brand new strategic vision both internally and externally.
