And our Corporate Planning team creates strategy so that were agile enough to respond in a fast-evolving industry.What youll deliver- Youll act as a focal point for the day-day commercial and quantity surveying interaction across various business units and stakeholder- Youll extend pre and post contracts including cost estimates, preparation of documents, tender negotiations, award and execution of contract- Youll develop and maintain the Delivery cost database to facilitate project cost estimates, cost control and project budget applications- Youll provide day to day quantity surveying skill sets to enable Dubai Airports to achieve project delivery goals. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll hold a Degree in Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or a relevant discipline- Youll have at least 6 years of experience in planning, design, procurement and construction of complex, time critical development programmes- Youll be registered with an appropriate professional body; Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)- Project Management qualification such as PMP or PgMT would be advantageousLife at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
