Manager of HRMS Analytics

Job Description

Reporting to: Group Head of People ServicesJob Purpose:Responsible for day to day support and maintenance of the Human Resource Management System components, including but not limited to; data management, reporting, compliance, analysis, training and process improvement.Provide recommendations to increase optimization, functionality and efficiency to support organizational goals.Work closely with the wider HR team to ensure accurate data reporting and metricsMaintain security of systems, keeping data safe, secure and organized.Key AccountabilitiesKey Accountabilities:Main Duties:Supports the maintenance of current oracle system modules, including review, testing, implementation and system upgradesMonitor module interfaces with recruitment and other HRMS platformsMaintain system dataEnsure full employee Lifecyle can be managed using HRMS Normalization of dataDevelop training material for HRMSLiaison for data cleansing between HR (the guardians of the data) and the IT function or external consultants handling the technical side of things. REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelors in Computer Information systems or technology field.Minimum Experience:A minimum 3 years of experience within an integrated HRMS system with capability in an ERP environment, preferably with experience in Banner/Oracle databasesPL/SQL programming knowledge and demonstrated competency with desktop client database reporting tools is requiredExperience within business process re-engineering or analysis would be advantageousStrong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organizationHighly developed organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriatelyThe ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environmentA demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organizationThe ability to manage information of a confidential and/or sensitive natureJob Specific Knowledge & Skills:Experience within business process re-engineering or analysis would be advantageousStrong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organizationHighly developed organizational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks appropriatelyThe ability to work effectively as a team member in a multi-cultural environmentA demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities in order to develop and improve new and current skills, and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organizationThe ability to manage information of a confidential and/or sensitive nature
