This Is What Future Focus Feels LikeStrategy And DevelopmentManager - Experience Design - Upcoming PositionThe group maps out where were going, what that means, and what it looks like.Design & development translates strategies into experiences, products, plans & services.Job Purpose:-You will be responsible for creating a vision of design of the holistic passenger experience and innovative service improvements to all passengers terminals and concourses in a drive to develop a world class passenger experience for Dubai Airports.-You will be designing innovation solutions that elevate its market position and work positively towards a world leader for airport passenger experience.Qualification:-You should be educated to a degree level qualified in a discipline related to industrial engineering, architectural engineering & Interior Designing.Experience & Knowledge:-Experienced in delivery of innovative experience and service concepts.- Practical experience in planning, design, procurement and construction of complex, time critical experience and design innovation programmes of work within an operationally challenging and customer service focused environment. REQUIREMENTS: You Should Also Have:- Strong design integration skills of base design and experience overlayered. Multidisciplinary design exposure.- Understanding of customer experience and service design.- Project design and delivery experience a distinct advantage together with exposure to live operational development.- Solid background in process & functional analysis, people movement and product design.
