This may be a diverse, complex business, but departments such as risk management,legal and quality assurance ensure agility prevails.What youll deliver- Youll be responsible for creating and disseminating an excellence and quality-oriented thinking in the business by providing SME support to internal /external stakeholders while embedding excellence requirements in the day-to-day business- Youll be responsible in ensuring DAs compliance to the unified action plan for excellence requirements and will own the resulting excellence submissions across DA- Youll be working closely with the internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely reports are released to the management and quality excellence submissions met- In summary, you will be accountable to manage and coordinate all activities pertaining to excellence programs and submissions within DA REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll have a degree in a discipline to business management with a professional qualification in excellence/quality management and compliance assessment- You should have at least 5-7 years of experience in government excellence of similar scale and complexity with experience in quality management and ability to manage multiple projects- Youll have a knowledge of standards / regulations / industry best practices/ benchmarking techniques- Good understanding of excellence frameworks and related assessment methodology- Stakeholder management skill is highly advantageousLife at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
