A reputed Company in Dubai is looking for Logistics Coordinator.Responsibilities:Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations/ Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively.Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs.Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels.Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.Managing distribution and shipment budgets.Prepare accurate reports for upper management.Requirements:Knowledge of regulation, rules, and best practices of logistics in USA, Europe, and clearance in Middle East.Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of logistics for import, export, shipping, customs clearance, documentation, warehousing, and trucking.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to use MS office, PowerPoint, Excel, and some other PC applications. Fluent in English (Mandatory), Arabic & Chinese preferred but not mandatory.Driving Licence is a must6000 to 7000 Food, Accommodation, Transportation, Bonus.
