A leading company that provides payment gateway solutions to online businesses is in search for a Legal Manager.Candidate REQUIREMENTS* Qualification: Law Graduate from a reputed law school and CS* Minimum Post Qualification Experience - 3 + years* Drafting of contracts, process notes, procedures, terms and conditions.* Negotiation and management of contracts.* Tracking regulatory circulars and giving regular feedback to the respective functions on the regulations / directives regarding their function.* Advising the management on issues relating to interpretation of relevant laws.* Legal Compliance as may be required by the overseas parent Company.* Analysing the viability of business models in relation to applicable laws including structuring of the business models.* Law firm or payments or banking experience will be preferred.* It is a MUST that Candidate is a member of ICSI.
