This may be a diverse, complex business, but departments such as finance, procurement, legal, risk management and quality assurance ensure agility prevails.Job Purpose-You will be responsible for providing support to the Head Of Legal Contracts and managing the contractual aspects of the legal function related to DA suppliers and customers.-You will be responsible for providing legal advice relating to a broad range of agreements to the various DA business units on the full scope of commercial activities undertaken by DA. Where requested, you will participate in the negotiation of contracts with external parties.-You will also assist other members of DA Legal on disputes matters that arise from or in connection with contracts to which DA is a party. REQUIREMENTS: Qualification & Education-You will have a Law degree from an accredited law school, in addition to a legal qualification from a reputable jurisdiction allowing you to practice law.-You should be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.Experience-You should have Minimum of 2 - 7 years of continuous legal experience in an international or blue-chip or local Government in-house environment and/or a reputable local or international law firm.Training-You will be required to attend courses or seminars on contracts drafting, in-house and Government procurement, legal compliance or any other relevant training within the aviation industry as authorized by the VP - Legal.Knowledge-You will have knowledge of a broad range of drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts management, commercial negotiations and procurement processes.
