Requirements- BSc degree in Law or J.D. degree- Must have a minimum 5 years work experience in similar roll- Knowledge of UAE Laws, regulations and the business environment- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies- Construction/Real estate/property development experience will be advantageous- Experience working with top FM companies in UAE will be an advantage- Strong legal writing and drafting skills are mandatory- Ability to clearly communicate and influence.- UAE Driving License is mandatory- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, Arabic language will be beneficial.Location:- Dubai, candidates must be in currently in UAE.
