Quest is working with a progressive and ambitious tech company in the Middle East seeking for a Lead Full Stack Developer to join their team in Dubai. We are looking for someone with in the different stages of the development life cycle and enjoys collaborating with others.Your responsibilities as a Lead Full Stack Developer will include:- Involved in all stages of software development life cycle, including set ups of infrastructure and DevOps- Designing, modifying, developing, writing and implementing relational/non-relational databases- Maintaining documentation of process flow and overseeing production system improvements.- Primary in charge of the health, performance and availability of the company applications in all the environments.- Managing Agile backlogs and monitoring the implementation of each project.- Leading complex projects- Coach newcomers to leverage the technical skills within the team. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar course- With at least 5-6 years experience in Full Stack Development/ Software Development in the same capacity- Strong skills and knowledge in SCRUM, Kanban, Docker, Kubernetes, React, Kafka, Vert.x, NodeJS- Highly collaborative and excellent problem-solving skills- Very good verbal and written communication skillsIf you are seeking to join a dynamic team with areas for growth opportunities, then apply today with your updated CV.
