Job Description

The Motion Graphics Lead is responsible for creating videos and animation and for enriching our internal brands guidelines. Their focus will be on website, paid social and digital media, including social media posts, animation and videos. The Motion Graphics Lead will also be involved in enriching our brands visual brand guidelines, defining the best way to communicate a brand across all visual media. The role requires good communication skills, creative flair and finesse, attention to detail, a passion for learning, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.Job Responsibilities:Support the digital marketing team to create range of digital assets to engage and acquire learners effectively via socialmedia and display advertisingCreate compelling content, bringing to life stories and knowledge, to engage our target audiences across our full range of media channels (including social media, animation, canvas, infographics, videos and display banners)Follow the companys branding policy and guidelinesFine-tune and enrich brand guidelinesHelp to maintain brand identity and create a visually engaging brand experienceMonitor new techniques and animation technology and ensures outputs are up to dateCollaborate and advise on creative briefs to achieve excellent design. Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE and have the following:Strong video editing and animation skillsSolid expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Photoshop and IllustratorStrong working knowledge in Flash and video editing softwareExcellent layout and typographical skills and attention to detailUnderstanding of social media trends and digital media technologiesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at the same timeMust have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
