ITPS Operations / Customer Service Support ManagerTransguard Workforce Solutions have been engaged by our client to source a ITPS Operations / Customer Service Support Manager.Our client, a large Transportation Consultancy firm, providing specialized consultancy services in the field of transportation.They are well established throughout the UAE and are looking for a strong Operations Manager. This person shall be responsible for managing all contractor responsibilities for overall operation of the integrated payment system as on-site, operations manager. This is a Manager/team leader position reporting to the Operations Director, as well as providing technical and operational support to the DoT customer service teams.Responsibilities:Managing large volume transactions as a payment systems customer service center manager.Operations Management and support for integrated payment systems.Customer Service and support for integrated electronic and traditional payment systems.Understanding of integrated payment back office system operations and their integration with customer service.Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service center key performance indicators and metrics and the ability to identify and resolve performance issues.Staff mentoring and training.Documentation development and report preparation. REQUIREMENTS: To succeed you will need:Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to lead and motivate large teams across shifts.To have a customer centric approach to work.Must be a team player.
