Installing and configuring computer, laptops, desktop operating systems, as well as local and network printers.Replacing Hardware parts as requiredMaintain and Update Asset SheetMake Sure that the IT Policies are applied and Followed Setting up new users.Assist in Training New & Existing staff about Existing & new IT Implementations.Attending & finding solutions to IT problems.Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system.Dealing with Problems that may arise through Hardware & systems failure, operator error or user misunderstanding.Prioritizing and managing several open cases at one time, and make sure that the case is closed.Maintain logs of activities and completed work.Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.Follow-up on System and hardware Upgrades if required for better Business Productivity.Coordinate with Suppliers on IT Requests, Delivery.Handling Daily Data Backup & Securing the Data.Follow-up on IT frequent pending issues to provide better solutions & end user satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 2-4 years experience required.Diploma / Degree in any IT field (Network preferred).To be able to work in a multi-cultural team.Knowledge in Network.Knowledge of Microsoft Environment
