Employment: Part Time We are looking for an IT Support Technician who will manage the ongoing installation of Microsoft365 for employees.The role is part-time and will require 2 day a week work with remote work as employees are located in different countries.Residence visa is not provided (temporary work permit).The role is:Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scannersMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsProviding technical support across the groupSetting up accounts for new usersRepairing and replacing equipment as necessaryTesting new technology REQUIREMENTS: Experience in M365 mandatory including knowledge of all apps (SharePoint, Teams, etc.)A technical, logical thought processProblem-solving skillsAn ability to stick to strict deadlinesA keen eye for detail
