IT Support Executive

Kemipex Chemicals is a well-known supplier of chemical raw materials mainly to the Middle East and African countries with more than 50 years of experience.We are now seeking an experienced IT Support Executive to help not only redesign the current infrastructure but also enhance the performance of across approximately 50 users.You will need to be creative in your approach, using existing systems and making them work or finding cost effective solutions to allow the business to run on a professional platform ensuring that the company is protected from viruses and has proper backups scheduled.If you have had experience in setting up IT infrastructure from scratch and reviewing operating platforms and have reviewed business needs and provided and implemented unique solutions for an organisation then this may be the role for you. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTSRelevant Degree or long-term experience in IT fieldDeep IT infrastructure experience, operating system knowledgeGood Understanding of PABX systems such as Avaya and Panasonic ( Digital, IP)Should have good knowledge of office 365 services ( sharepoint, one drive, one note, exchange online, Skype for business, Teams etc )Good Understanding of workstation configuration of computer environmentShould have the knowledge of setting up Microsoft server, cloud-based serverShould have the knowledge of setting wireless systemShould have knowledge of security protocols to configure firewalls, switches, serversUnderstanding of domain registration setup hosting systems and DNS record managementCandidate should typically have 3 or more years of experience in an IT Technician roleCurrent, enterprise-class Infrastructure/ Windows System Engineering , experience with Microsoft platforms running on Intel serversExperience designing, implementing and managing Active Directory, SQL server and Microsoft Cluster ServerExperience with setting up enterprise grade server hardware and softwareStrong foundation in networking (routers and switches)Good experience in coding and programming is an added advantageMicrosoft Dynamics System Knowledge will be an added advantageBased on your annual KPI review, you will be rewarded with valuable incentives in addition to your salary package which will be defined based on your work experience in the business.You will work with a company that is growing fast and help you to grow and develop your business career, should you present the potential.Should this sounds like the opportunity you are looking for and you meet the requirements of the role, please send your resume now.
