The selected candidates will be working on a major healthcare expansion project.The IT Support Engineers will be accountable for the smooth running of the hardware and software computer peripherals and ensuring that all the technical issues or/and changes required is attended in a highly manner, either over the phone or face to face.Additional responsibilities include but not limited to installing and configuring computer systems diagnosing hardware/software faults. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, we are seeking an accomplished IT professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience coupled with the following skills:Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applicationsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksTalking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issuesMust have strong skills in troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemSupporting the roll-out of new applicationsPrioritizing and managing many open cases at one timeTesting and evaluating new technologyConducting electrical safety checks on computer equipmentExperience in any healthcare application will be an added advantageExperience in 24x7 support operationsKnowledge of the ITIL processesExperience in any healthcare application will be an added advantageMust have a valid UAE driving licenseFluency in Arabic will be an added advantageIn return, Halian International is looking to offer the IT Support Engineer the opportunity to work on one of the most exciting IT Healthcare engagements in the UAE working with one of the worlds leading Healthcare Corporations.Depending on skills and experience, the successful candidate can expect a TAX FREE all-inclusive salary package with medical insurance.
