Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment The IT Support Engineers will be accountable for the smooth running of the hardware and software computer peripherals and ensuring that all the technical issues or/and changes required is attended in a highly manner, either over the phone or face to face.Additional responsibilities include but not limited to installing and configuring computer systems diagnosing hardware/software faults. Salary: AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, we are seeking an accomplished IT professional with at least 6 years of relevant experience coupled with the following skills:Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applicationsMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksTalking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issuesTroubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faultsProviding support, including procedural documentation and relevant reportsFollowing diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a systemSupporting the roll-out of new applicationsPrioritizing and managing many open cases at one timeTesting and evaluating new technologyConducting electrical safety checks on computer equipmentExperience in any healthcare application will be an added advantageExperience in 24x7 supportKnowledge of the ITIL processesExperience in any healthcare application will be an added advantageValid UAE driving license will be an added advantageFluency in Arabic will be an added advantage
