As an IT Associate, you will be responsible to administer and ensure the companys IT and communication platforms, technology and strategies are in place to facilitate the successful execution of the corporate operations and events.Client DetailsA well-established organisation in the entertainment space looking to scale up and currently investing heavily in top professionals for their IT team.Description* Negotiate the contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services and give the recommendations to the IT manager.* Manage and supervise external vendors relationships and services.* Manage all network devices (firewall, routers, switches) to ensure that they are fully operational at all times.* Manage all IT services (Cisco call manager, Cisco Wireless controller, access control system, printing server, filling server, mobile phones) to ensure that they are fully operational at all times.* Assist the IT manager with the purchasing of all required IT equipment and services.* Provide appropriate service, support and information to all users on-site where the event takes place.* Research and suggest the most appropriate design of infrastructure to support the business.* Assist the IT Manager in managing any changes during the life of the project and report on budgets, actual expenditure, scope, and deliverables using financial controls (related to the IT budget), indicators and deviations to the project manager.* Ensure the development, documentation, and presentation of IT security, education, awareness, and training for IT personnel and staff.* Responsible for the implementation and testing of IT systems to ensure the continuous business operations.* The provision of end-user support services, including help-desk and associated technical support services.Job Offer* Attractive salary* Dynamic work environment* Exciting project portfolio and the opportunity to work in a leading organisation REQUIREMENTS: * IT based degree, university degree, or equivalent work experience required.* Minimum of 4 years of IT experience in a corporate or events industry.* Strong knowledge of network design and configuration, network security, and software and applications.* Strong knowledge of IT security and IT standards.* Solid knowledge of cloud storing management.* Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Arabic.
