Our client is an investment firm based in the UAE is looking to hire an Investment Associate to join their team. On this role, you will be participating in the evaluation of prospective ventures, including conducting preliminary evaluations.Key Responsibilities* Partake in all attributes of the investment diligence process, including due diligence, financial modeling, terms negotiation, deal execution and onboarding of investments* Assistance and co-present with Investment Directors to the Investment Committee* Build and sustain efficient business connections with all key stakeholders* Keenly monitor current ventures and escalate any key issues that arise on a proactive basis* Support larger team initiatives and assist in broader team endeavors REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications* Bachelors degree required* Progress and interest in CFA accreditation* Minimum of 3 years of experience in an investment role conducting investment diligence* Attention to detail in analyzing investments* Solid business expertise with knowledge in critically evaluating business and investment opportunities* Demonstrated quantitative skills and financial modeling capabilities* Established capability to handle complex projects under significant time pressure* Strong organizational skills* Autonomous and proactive* Excellent business English* Strong verbal and written skills* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and in particular PowerPoint)* Flexibility for frequent travel
