Reporting into the VP Finance and managing one junior, the Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for corporate compliance, risk management and internal audit across the region.Client DetailsOne of the worlds largest (top 10) oil and gas organisations, headquartered in Dubai for Middle East and Africa.DescriptionThe Internal Audit Manager will be responsible for:* Perform the annual audit plan validated by the Management to ensure organizational policies and procedures are implemented and followed.* Implementation of the recommendations given by the Corporate Group Audit and follow-up with the different departments* Ensure compliance with anti-corruption, anti-competition, code of conduct, ethics and integrity group policies* Implement new Compliance policies and procedures* Maintain the Corporate Management System* Create standardized documentation for all forms and procedures to ensure continuity* Manage the Enterprise Risk Management system* Manage and coordinate a team* Coordinate the Risk Management & Prevention Committee* Ensure Key Risk Indicator report is issued and presented.Job Offer* Up to AED 30,000 (maximum)* Excellent company benefits package REQUIREMENTS: The Internal Audit Manager must have:* Managerial experience within risk/audit* Internal or external audit experience* Strong leadership and communication skills* Strong compliance and risk experience* Experience of working within oil and gas companies
