The Company is in the process of propelling the universitys development to the next level, they are introducing an all-new discovery-rich curriculum to motivate students to not only learn but discover at the University.The Role* Advising and assisting with all legal matters.* Preparing and negotiating license agreements and consulting agreements* Advising on all legal matters from time to time, including Employment law and Contract law.* Level of experience in drafting correspondence, pleadings, contracts, etc.* Management of other legal matters as required by the University REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:* Applicable Bachelors degree, Masters degree will be an advantage.* Minimum of 5 years experience practising law.* Strong written, oral and communication skills.* Highly organized, ability to follow up and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.* Strong interpersonal skills.* Proactive and ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team of real estate professionals.* Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising strong organization, initiative and judgment.Salary* 20,000.00 - 25,000.00 AED/Month
