Job Description

Shall lead and supervise piping operations at project sites and will direct, monitor and administer operations of assigned Chargehand, fabricators / fitters and ensure quality of workmanship.Shall optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the works and ensures work crews are properly supplied with tools, equipment and materials.Must having knowledge to quantify materials requirement from Isometric BOQ, Raise Material Request for Hydro Testing and follow-up with store Dept. for the delivery.Able to read test packs REQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Graduate/12th Class with ITI Certification Minimum 10 years experience and 5 years in Oil & Gas as Hydrotest Supervisor Well experience with all type of Testing, Flushing, Pigging Must have experience in Contractor side Well aware about drawings(P & ID, Isos) Well aware about Safety Plan, Task Risk Assessment, Permit to Work Fluent in English
