This individual will be responsible for the overall management of the HSE and occupational health function.Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Responsible for the overall management of the occupational health and safety programEnsure that local standards are adhered to in accordance with the relevant authoritiesSupport business continuity strategy across the organizationInvestigation of accidents and incidentsDevelop and continuously improve a robust health and safety frameworkConduct analysis and auditsIncident managementDevelop and maintain hygiene and health programsDraft reports and update senior management REQUIREMENTS: Candidates should have at least 5-10 years of professional experienceLead Auditor qualification is essential for this roleCandidates are required to have excellent communication skills and able to conduct themselves in a highly professional environmentKnowledge of local HSE standards and authoritiesCandidates must hold a minimum of a bachelor level degreeRisk management, quality management, contract management and audit experience in a medium to large organization is essential for this role
