Job Description

Be responsible for providing reliable, efficient and effective human resource and administrative services mainly in the following areas:-Carry out recruitment and selection process to fulfill staffing needs of the office-Be responsible for compensation & benefit management (i.e. monthly payroll processing, social security management, staffs individual income tax filling etc.)-Handle performance management and development motivation scheme upon business requirement-Be in charge of general affairs to improve staffs satisfaction level in relevant manners-Handle employee relation issues to ensure company internal policies are in accordance to local regulations and compliance.-Organize training activities upon the staffs competency development requirements-Act as a focal point between the subsidiary and HQ regarding HRM manners to ensure the relevant policy be able to implement accordingly-Other managing tasks & targets upon general managers requirements. REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors Degree or equivalent-Business Administration, Psychology and Human Resources Management related-At least 5 years experience in Human Resource Practice-Fluent speaking and writing skills in English, Arabic speaking and writing as preferred-High proficiency level in Microsoft office-Familiar with relevant national labor laws and regulations, familiar with human resources management workflow and operation methods-Good organization and collaboration skill, with excellent cross-function communication capability-Be open-minded and able to work in cross-cultural environment.
