Quest is working with a large and successful F&B business, looking for a brilliant HR Shared Services Director to join their team in Dubai, UAE. We are looking for Arabic speaking candidates with strong experience in blue collar recruitment, as well as strong background in various facets of HR.As the HR Shared Services Director, you will:- Ensure delivery of fast, efficient, and effective HR support to all business units and stakeholders- Provide excellent customer service to managers, employees, and business units- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies- Continuous evaluation and recommendation of system and process improvements- Manage tracking of KPIs and SLAs and generate relevant reports for senior management- Keep abreast with the latest industry trends and best practices- Train, motivate, and manage HR Shared Services team REQUIREMENTS: - Arabic speaker- At least 8 years experience in the same role and capacity- Proven background in HR Shared Service Delivery, preferably in the F&B or Restaurant sector- Strong blue-collar recruitment experience- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skillsIf you think you have the qualifications and interested to join this successful company, apply with your updated CV today.
