Reporting to: Group HR ManagerSubordinates: NANumber required: 1Duration: PermanentProbation: 6 monthsWorking Hours: 9AM to 6PMGross monthly base salary: upto AED 6000Commission / Bonus: AnnualOther Benefits: Medical Insurance, Annual AirfareObjectives:Work with HR Manager to effectively execute HR strategies and run day to day HR operations.Main Responsibilities:Work with HR manager on recruitment process, Screen Resumes and Coordinate for interviews with hiring managers.Facilitate smooth on-boarding of new joiners and ensure effective integration into the company.Conduct New Hire Induction/Orientation for New Joiners.Maintain and update all Employee Files, HR records as per the company process and HRMS requirements.Work with HR Manager on Employee Goal Sheet preparation and sign-off process.Facilitate Performance Management process by coordinating with all department heads for timely closure of Appraisal process.Assist in periodic Employee surveys and follow up action. Salary: AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Postgraduate Degree/MBA - Human ResourceMin. 4-5 years of Corporate Experience, International Exposure preferredProfessional HR certification preferredStrong Communication & Inter-personal skills
