A large local player in the Real Estate & Facilities Management sector is seeking a forward thinking and innovative HR Director to lead the function through a period of transition and growth.Client DetailsThis role is for a large local organization with a flat structure. The organization has around 500 employees based in UAE.Description* Act as a business partner to senior leaders in growing the organisation and developing key talent* Develop regional culture values in parallel to global values* Implement talent development strategies including a talent road map, leadership development and HiPo programmes* Initiate talent acquisition strategy and develop and effective EVP* Collaborate with other business/function leaders on HR strategy* Provide strong administrative and operational processes for the HR function.* Design and act on key performance indicatorsJob Offer* A competitive salary plus benefits on offer for the right candidate. REQUIREMENTS: * 12-15 years HR experience with extensive experience in the UAE and has worked with a strong/reputable local name or a multinational organization* Degree educated with a relevant HR qualification and/or MBA* Strong tenure in each role, with a clear career path demonstrated on the CV* Demonstrable strategic experience in a business partner capacity* Strong talent agenda experience, must be able to demonstrate key projects that have been initiated and led by you
