Employment: Full Time Client is a Dubai based start-up and are looking for a Russian HR Coordinator. This will be the first HR role in the business and a very exciting opportunity for someone to set up the HR department, standards, policies and systems. Salary: AED 10,000 to 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: - Russian speaking- Currently based in UAE, with at least 1 year UAE experience- Degree qualified- Experience with HRIS- Talent acquisition- Employee relations- Talent Management- UAE labour law knowledge- Setting policies
