Job Description

Employment: Full Time Manage and oversee the implementation and compliance of the Human Resources policies, procedures, and systems. Provide expertise, support, and advice in the various Human Resources functions, which include:Recruitment, Payroll, Employment law and employee relations, Visa process, Documentation, Internal and external memos and documents.Key responsibilities:Pre-Hiring ProcessInterview process, Job post, Shortlisting, Phone interviewHolds Orientations for new joinersOnboarding of New EmployeePrepare new offers, joining memo and internal hiring memoCommunicate employment and visa requirements to new joiners upon acceptance of offerCollect and check all submitted documents and liaise with PRO for visa / work permit applicationPrepare and maintain HR employee digital and hard copy filesExit Process for LeaversPrepare termination, end of contract letters etcRequest clearance from different departments for terminated /Resigned employeesHR SystemProcess all kind of transaction through the system such as vacations , Termination , Resignations , encashment etcCheck and provide initial approval of Transactions at the HR SystemGeneral administrative tasksPrepare requested letters such as change of title letters, promotions, warning letter , etc.Accountable for preparing Non disclosure agreement , Salary Certificates , Experience letters ,Employment certificate etcPrepare internal memo (Accommodations , Schools , Transfer ..etc)Observe employees adhering to companys instructions (Dress code , attendance..etc)Preparation of Reports as per management requestsRespond to employees inquiries on HR admin related topicsReport any incidents, complaints or failures , problem solvingDevelop a good working relationship with other departments and all employees REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor of business administration or any relevant fieldFresh Graduate or 1 year experience in a similar fieldFemale CandidateGood communication and organization skillsLanguage: Arabic and English is a must

Education: To develop Human in particular & the society in general, the group has established Al Yarmouk Private University & Al Yarmouk Schools in Syria in addition to multi stages schools in Syria, Jordan & Turkey. Furthermore, the management used to provide scholarships for top students.

Health Care: Since Humans care is core interest, the group has decided to launch a new hospital in coordinating with University Of Freiburg - Germany, the hospital will be provided with the professional / qualified specialists and equipped with the highest medical technologies.
