* Experience as a UX/UI Designer in a leadership role* Bachelors or Graduates Degreein UX design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related field* Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, inVision...etc* A solid grasp of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.* Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools* Prior experience with Public Sector and/or Government Relationship Management is preferred* Strong value realization, communication, mediation, conflict resolution, leadership and management skills* Experience in delivering data dashboard related products
