We are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain to work for a Leading Retailer (Fashion) in Dubai, UAE.Key Responsibilities:* The Head of Supply Chain will develop and execute a cost-efficient strategy that focuses on customer experience* Conduct a supply chain transformation that suits the business demands* Maintain relationships with supply chain partnerships and networks* Focus on the supply chains KPIs and always seek out to improving them* Develop and execute sales and operations strategy while overseeing the sales forecast and demand planning REQUIREMENTS: Key REQUIREMENTS:* Candidate must have a Masters degree in supply chain management, engineering or similar field* Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in supply chain* Experience in Fashion is a must* Experience in FMCG is a plus* Experience in managing external vendors, managing large teams, inventory optimization* Strong experience in using systems for sales forecasting and demand planning* The successful Head of Supply Chain candidate must have excellent communication skills
