* An undergraduate or masters degree in Engineering. MBA is strongly beneficial* 10 - 12 years experience that is a mix of industry and 3 - 5 years experience in strategy consulting from a top tier consulting firm, with strong experience in supply chain and operations engagements* LEAN / Continuous Improvement / Six Sigma is an advantage but not a must* Strong familiarity with strategic models, metrices and best practices with an aptitude for analytical work.* Strong command of written and spoken English* Excellent verbal and written presentation skills* Ability to interact and engage with the C-level management and executive leadership team
