This opportunity is with a large Automotive Company based in UAE.As the Head of Parts, you would be responsible for the managing the entire operations of the parts division, such as inventory control, warehousing, procurement and logistics. Formulate effective strategies along with the After Sales Director to ensure that they are in line with the companys policies and goals. Oversee the allocation and preparation of the annual budget for the department. Coordinate with other departments to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained. You would maintain healthy relationships and negotiate with suppliers to come up with cost-effective deals and cut procurement expenses. Responsible for making sure that the department is strictly following the health and safety regulations. Evaluate the teams performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency of departmental results. REQUIREMENTS: To be successful, you will possess at least 7+ years of managerial experience with a background in the automotive industry. A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field is a must and a Masters Degree is preferred.
