Its an exciting journey were on, and one you could be part of.This role is a member of the Technology senior leadership team and will work across the organization to lead and facilitate the execution of Technology strategy.Reporting to the CIO, you will lead efforts to both set the direction and standards in IT work, as well as ensure compliance. You will also play a significant role in developing the long-term IT Strategy and Roadmaps.Measures of Success:- Enhanced Strategic alignment, resulting in increased business partner satisfaction - Enhanced value delivery, driven by improved project prioritization, leading to optimization of IT budget - Improved performance and resource management, lowering the total cost of IT ownership - Better quality of IT output, resulting in a reduction in IT control issues - Compliance What youll be doing:Strategy and Operating Model- Co-creation, Implementation and governance of the IT operating model, to enhance the Business Satisfaction whilst optimizing the IT costs and enforcing compliance - Ensuring common understanding of the purpose and goals of Technology activities and how Technology delivers business value - Aligning strategy and operational plans and maximize the value of investment - Define, Measure & Maximize value generated from IT investments - Participate actively in the activities of all IT Governance and IT strategy focus areas: Value Delivery, Performance Management, Risk Management, IT Planning, Project Management, Enterprise Architecture and Business Continuity Process, Policies and Compliance- Define process to mitigate and control the risk of non-compliance with regulatory requirements such as protection of information, financial accountability and data retention, as well as other contractual obligations (e.g. licensing) - Act as the central point & and the SME for developing, maintaining, monitoring and enforcing IT policies and procedures in support of Chalhoubs business needs, internal policies and regulatory requirements - Review existing process alignment and compliance and ensure ongoing training and education on ITD policies and best practices - maintain a framework to provide assurance that internal controls and processes meet best-practice and audit requirements as appropriate - Measure, monitor and report on the design and effectiveness of IT controls in compliance - Conduct process audits with thorough coverage of areas reviewed and based on proper evaluation of internal controls, propose plans to improve processes & compliance - Put in place and manage a holistic Quality Assurance Framework that will ensure compliance of IT practices, solutions and services to set standards and policies - Define and maintain the Performance Management Framework for IT processes, roles and functions - Ensure KPIs drive continuous improvement and a learning mindset REQUIREMENTS: What youll need to succeed:Education:- Computer Science / Information Technology Degree or equivalent - COBIT & ITIL certification Experience:- 15+ years of management experience - Proven leadership and management skills - Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls - Experience in delivering transformational change in Technology organizations Skills:- Strategic thinking, innovation, strategy development and execution, planning and decision-making in a in a complex organization. - Transformational mindset ant high level of customer Centricity - Strong knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices as they relate to IT governance such as ITIL, CoBiT and CMMI, to develop organizational capability assessment (people, processes, technology, knowledge) and process improvement models - Strong knowledge of formulating IT Governance objectives and goals - Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence at a senior level with technical and non-technical audiences Ready to join our exciting transformation to become a hybrid retailer, bringing luxury experiences to the fingertips of our customers everywhere Nows your chance.
