Employment: Full Time Job Duration: Permanent Employment The RoleMy client is looking for a Head of HR within a leading business in Abu Dhabi. The business is going through change and the role is being introduced in order to provide the company with strategic and operational direction across all dimensions of Human Resources.Responsibilities* Drive people strategy and people initiatives of the business.* Provide expertise across talent management, remuneration and benefits, payroll, HR operations, grievances, employee relations.* Create an approach to remuneration and career development strategies* Implement performance management, appraisal processes and e- learning which meet business objectives.* Partner with heads of departments in crating their peoples knowledge, skills and capability to implement business policies and initiatives.* Drive and engage employees and enhance culture within business. REQUIREMENTS: Key competencies and requirements* Preferred fluent Arabic speakers will be considered* Regional UAE experience is required* Experience in employee management/heading HR department is essential* Experience within a sports/leisure/entertainment or retail industry is desired* Experience in implementing HR system and enhancing talent management is importantCompensation* Up to AED 45,000 monthly + additional benefits
