We are working with a large and leading retail group in the Middle East seeking for a seasoned Head of Financial Operations. This role will be based in Dubai and for the successful candidate, the company will provide an attractive tax-free salary, plus great benefits.As a Head of Financial Operations, you will:-Oversee all aspects of the groups financial operations in various departments (e.g. logistics, merchandise, retail store, among others)-Provide financial business analysis, modelling, and financial control for the organization-Prepare financial reports, presentation decks, business reviews, and other relevant financial data that the stakeholders or senior management need for strategy / growth plans-Provide recommendations to support management decisions and business direction-Recommend improvements for financial operations processes and methodologies as necessary-Manage, train, and coach team REQUIREMENTS: -Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar fields-At least 5 years experience in similar role and capacity in a Retail or Merchandise business (with multiple numbers of stores)-Strong background in Financial Control & Planning, Investment Appraisal, Supplier Management, and Financial Business Analysis-Excellent analytical, presentation, project management, and can work comfortably with senior level management-Excellent English written and verbal communication skills-Arabic proficiency an advantageIf you are a proven Financial Planning and Control professional who has strong experience in retail operations, apply with your updated CV today.
