Dragon Recruiting has a fantastic opportunity for Head Nurse to work with one of the prestigious healthcare organization in UAE.Dragon Recruiting is an International Recruitment and HR Consultants with two corporate offices in London and Dubai and over 50 representative offices across 8 regions of the world.Duties And ResponsibilitiesHead nurses manage all the administrative duties of the departments which they are assigned to work inThey schedule shifts for the nurses and assign duties to themThey collect work reports from all the nurses regarding their day-to-day activities and maintains a record of themThey present the records collected from all the nurses to the respective doctors who are handling cases of those patientsThey assist and conduct training programs for the nurses who are new and need helpThey also solve any issues related to the patientsHead nurses also come in direct contact with the patients and diagnose their health problemsInventory management is also one of the responsibilities of the head nursesHead nurses review and supervise the pre-operative settings made by the nurses in the operating room and make sure that they have provided required equipments to the doctorsHead nurses often accompany the doctors when they go on their rounds to check the patients where they present the reports collected by themThey provide necessary help to the doctors such as carrying diagnostic equipments, etc., to the doctors while they are on round for check-upThey maintain a log of the entries of the patients in their wards and their health reportsHead nurses also look for the hygiene in the hospital and in the rooms and make sure that the patients are provided with enough facilities and entertain all types of complaints from the patientsBenefitsExcellent benefits as per company policyEducation REQUIREMENTSDHA / MOH / HAAD Bachelor or Diploma Degree in Nursing (duration of study not less than three years) from a recognized western institution; Experience: 3 5 Years; REQUIREMENTS: Post Graduate Degree in Nursing Management will be an advantage; Current license to practice from the country of training Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; GMC Registration or similarThey also solve any issues related to the patientsHead nurses also come in direct contact with the patients and diagnose their health problemsInventory management is also one of the responsibilities of the head nurses
