Head - Expo 2020 Stakeholder and Service Delivery (2-year fixed term contract)THIS IS WHERE THE EXCITEMENT REALLY BEGINSCUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERYHead - Expo 2020 Stakeholder and Service Delivery (2-year fixed term contract)Its the teams aim to make sure all passengers and stakeholders are delighted with their airport experience. We work to design strategies and develop services that place customers at the heart of everything. This is an area in which we want to lead the industry and go beyond exceptional every day.What youll deliver- Youll define the vision and approach for integrating Expo 2020 across Dubai Airports and its service partners- Youll evaluate the impact of Expo 2020 at Dubai Airports for customer service and develop the Dubai Airports Expo 2020 Strategy pre, during and post the event- Youll ensure the Dubai Airport Expo 2020 strategy and vision is curated in all aspects at Dubai Airports and applied within customer service delivery group and reputation group- Youll lead the Dubai Airports Expo 2020 team across all functions of Stakeholder Engagement, Planning, Service Delivery and Management pre, during and post the event. REQUIREMENTS: What you bring- Youll be educated to a Degree Level or equivalent in Engineering / Business Management- You should have at least 10 years experience in airport operations / customer service and stakeholder engagement with at least 6 years in a senior management or consultancy role- Experience in developing multi-channel services and readiness plans that have made impact experientially, commercially and operationally- Project Management expertiseLife at Dubai AirportsFast-moving and fast-growing, Dubai Airports is a business thats all about delivering great airport experiences, 24 hours a day.
