Employment: Full Time - Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns- Create and verify backups of data & Responsible for entire company & its subsidiaries.- Respond to and resolve help desk requests- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes- Review application logs & Install and test computer-related equipment,- Should be familiar with windows platforms. Network print servers.- Network storage (NAS).- Managing the Data recovery is mandatory.- Assets management experience- Wireless devices configurations- Should possess ERP experience.- Our is power builder and backend oracle 10g- Must be certified or experience in SAP BUSINESS ONE- This sap product 3 sections Financials, Operations and Human resources- Bio metric attendance system with SQL server- Design and implement the company LAN and WAN network infrastructure- Should Handle PC, Network Printers, switch and router configuration as well as DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelors in Information Technology.- Must be certified in CCNA, MCSE / MCITP, CISCO.Erp basic implementation work.- Minimum 5 years experience as an IT Administrator in a diversified industries.- Good command of English language.
