Quest Search and Selection is working with a successful aviation services firm in the Middle East looking for an experienced Group Commercial Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi and help them further expand their business in the subcontinent and African region.As Group Commercial Manager, you will:-Build, lead, and manage the Commercial Managers in assigned areas-Identify opportunities and expand the business-Build and foster partnerships, mergers and new markets-Oversee contract negotiations, daily operations, and achieving maximum margins-Identify improvements to commercial procedures and manage regular audit process-Keep abreast with latest industry trends and best practices REQUIREMENTS: -Bachelors degree or MBA, with at least 9 years of relevant experience-Must have extensive working experience with Airlines / Aviation industry-Relevant experience in the duty-free/retail sector-Strong commercial awareness, strong client liaison skills, project management and team leadership.-Senior-level verbal and written communication skills-Proficient in French or Arabic-Willing to travel extensivelyIf you think you have what it takes to be part of this exciting opportunity, then apply with your updated CV today.
