Job Description

The CompanyA diverse local investment company who operate across real estate, retail, private equity, healthcare, food & beverage and facilities management.Key Responsibilities* Develop Corporate financial policies, procedures & workflow, Internal Control, Cost Control & Treasury planning.* Drive the financial transformation plan for the whole group and built business plans, feasibility studies, financial analysis and recommendations.* Formulate and apply KPIs, benchmark.* Drive strong business performance, developing financial & operational strategies, strategic and financial analysis, valuation, consolidation, Forecasting & budgeting, compliance and Audit, project management & infrastructure solutions.* Evaluated current organization state in order to design and implement solutions enhancing revenue, reducing cost, and improving cash flow.* Internal Re-engineering of financial structure, and financial strategies to acquire facilities.* Building a robust budgeting control system to reduce costs and expenses.* VAT implementation, IFRS conversion in all business units.* Report risk issues to the audit committee and maintain relations with external auditors.* Analysing cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders.* Analysing financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas.* Establishing/implementing short and long-term dept. goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.* Ensuring the maintenance of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.* Financial management of foreign operations to include developing financial and budget policies and procedures.* Ensuring the implementation of the international financial reporting standards (IFRS).* Representing the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials etc. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate REQUIREMENTS* Education Level: Bachelors degree in finance, MBA business administration, Finance professional certificate CPA - CMA* Qualifications/Certifications: MBA, CPA, CMA* Work Experience: More than 15 yearsTechnical Competencies* Analytical skills* Creative Problem-solver* Cash Management, Financial Accounting and Corporate Finance Competence* Decision maker* Behavioural Competencies* Leadership skills* Strategic thinker* Advanced communication skills* Planning and organizing* Critical thinkerSalary & Benefits* 100,000 AED per month* Comprehensive bonus scheme* Annual flights* Private medical insurance
