One of our clients is strengthening their team with an experienced Group Accountant.ResponsibilitiesAssisting with the management of the accounting function for 2 Dubai based companies and one overseas in a French speaking country it is essential that the candidate speaks fluent French.Monthly analysis of various accounts as required in financial reports (board, shareholders, lenders and management) as well as cash flow statement.Accountable for the timely execution of Account payables, accounts receivables and general ledger accounting dutiesTimely financial reportingBalance sheet reviews and variance analysis.Ensure timely payment of suppliers.Assisting with Consolidation processReporting in IFRSYearly and quarterly group consolidationsInternal controls; Writing policies and proceduresContribute to the Transfer pricing policies Salary: AED 20,000 to 23,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Native French speaker3 to 5 years work experience in a Group Accounting roleBig 4 experience is a huge advantage and candidates who have worked in the Big 4 will be given preferenceAdvanced working knowledge of ERP systemsAdvanced knowledge of IFRS FSCIMA, CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA + at least 6 years PQE2 years experience managing intercompany reconciliations and resolution processes in multiple currenciesAdvanced Excel and Power Point skillsAnalytical Skills including Ratio AnalysisCareer to date must be in well-known MNCsWe apologise that we cannot reply to everybody however we do guarantee that we look at every application.
