Employment: Full Time Position Title: Grinding SupervisorEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 5,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportationJob Location: Dubai, UAEAbout the Client:The hiring company is an engineering company expert in surface coating and precision machining.Job Role:Supervise the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectivesPrioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supplyAssign and supervise the work of production employees to meet all quality requirements and production schedulesWork from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specificationsAssists in training of new workers to help provide adequate training for department personnelGrinding variety of components to high and tight tolerances small and largePerforming work with a variety of grinding wheel specificationsKnowledge of Diamond wheel Grinding final grinding Carbides and ceramicsUses experience to determine the best practice machining methods for each partUse dial indicators, micrometers, and other standard and special precision inspection equipment to set up, adjust and check dimensionsMay be required to operate multiple machinesRotate between various department work centers as requiredResponsible for Cylindrical and Surface Grinding including internal and external grindingResponsible for verifying the quality of finished workpieces by inspecting them, comparing them to templates, measuring their dimensions, or testing them in working machinery REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Open to Indian nationalityMale, 30 to 40 years oldHigh School Diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience on the same roleAble to stand for extended period of time and lift up to 40 poundsStrong verbal and oral communication skillsAbility to analyze blueprintsKnowledgeable of machinery and equipment maintenance
