Key tasksJob Responsibilities- Interacts with guest to obtain feedback on product and service level.- Responds to and handle guest problems and complains.- Able to make recommendation to the executive chef regarding succession planning.- To be aware of all finical budgets and goals.- To ensure that guests are always receiving an exceptional dining experience representing true value for money.- Ensure all the recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.- Ensure that all food items are prepared as pre standard recipes cards whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.- Ensure that all team members are adheres to all hotel policies and procedures.- To work in close conjunction with the outlet manager and respective team to create a yearly marketing plan for the outlet.- To project a positive and motivated attitude amongst all associates.Specific REQUIREMENTS- Greek Nationality/Citizenship- Fair and firm management with high influencing skills.- Creative and innovation.- Strong knowledge of Greek food and beverage.- Hands-on approach to outlet aspects.- Excellent communication skill.- Initiative and self-motivated.- Ideal training and coaching skill.
